Well I went to Boston and had an awesome time. It was only for a few days but I did so many things. I went to downtown Boston, did a little shopping, site-seeing and of course had to eat. It really was not that hard to eat lite and not over stuff myself. The weather was beautiful and was very hot. I
don't know if I am the only one, but in the summer I really do not like to eat heavy foods. I
usually stick to grilled meats and salad. So it is usually easy for me to lose weight during the summer. So I did do my diet and my exercise consisted of walking everywhere. I did not know where anything was in Boston and because it was so nice out, I decided just to walk. It was a great trip and I was so proud I
stuck to a good diet. However, since I have been back I only been to the gym twice. I have been so busy with school and all these projects,papers, and test are due. I have been trying to work hard to complete all my classes, and pass this semesters. I have been neglecting my gym duties, but continue to do my diet. This week that is coming up I plan on going to the gym more than I did this week, but if I do not I want to go at least 3 days. I have been so focused and busy with schools and it is so hard with all the other things dealing with school has been in the way of my gym schedule. I also plan on weighing myself on Monday. I am excited to see how much I lost.
Boston is fun, I've been there. Glad to hear you stuck to your diet on vacation. I know that is a very difficult thing to do, especially when you're away!
